Kieran, Katherine and their three kids Annie, Micheál and Pádraic. ….,,but I also have other great friends here too. There’s Lynch and Web the two curious donkeys, Kiki a posh cheeky cat, Lucky a friendly cat, and last but not least Sammie a sleepy dog. Let me introduce you to my friends.
Location
The local town is Mitchelstown, a thriving market town only three miles away. We are about 45 minutes from Cork City and 1 hour from Limerick city. It’s a good base to explore the south of Ireland, with Cork, Killarney, and Limerick all within driving distance for day trips.
Cork is a beautiful part of Ireland and there is lots to do and see. For example, Fota wildlife park (https://www.fotawildlife.ie) is about 50 minute’s drive from our home. Or spend a day exploring spike island (https://www.spikeislandcork.ie) also about 50 minutes to the ferry.
Nearby, there is plenty of beautiful walks in the woods or hikes on the Galty mountains.
